So, I have VDJ Pro, and recently went about cleaning up my itunes and moving some stuff to a portable HD. Anyway, I think I also moved the itunes folder itself. My itunes finds all the songs, and plays them all normally, but VDJ lists the songs and when I drag them over they all report Error, and don't load at all.
Any suggestions? I've reinstalled Snow Leopard to see if that would fix the problem, and i returned VDJ to all it's original presets, and still nothing.

The iTunes folder in VirtualDJ will only appear and work correctly if your iTunes library is in the default location (See http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1660 )
iTunes libraries in custom locations and/or on external drives are not fully supported at this time. You can try changing the location by right-clicking on the iTunes folder and choosing this option. Multiple profiles are also not supported.
Please ensure that you are using the latest v7.0.3 version of VirtualDJ installed: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
NOTE: If you library is in a custom location or external drive, you can still access the music in it by using the VirtualDJ browser to browse to the drive/folder where the music is located.
Make sure that you have added the music to your search database by browsing to the folder(s) where it is located, right-click (CMD+Click) on the folder and choose Add to search DB.
NOTE: Don't move or rename music outside of VirtualDJ otherwise the links in the database will no-longer be valid.

No matter which songs I try to add to either deck; I get the same message: "Deck Error". :( Please help. Thx.

If you get 'Error' when trying to load a song, then it means that the song in your database is no-longer valid. This is usually caused by either moving, renaming or deleting the song outside of VirtualDJ, so the entry in its database no-longer points to a valid file.
To fix this problem, use VirtualDJ to browse to the actual drive(s)/folder(s) where your music is located, right-click on them and choose Add to search DB.
Once you have done this, go to CONFIG -> Browser, choose each drive in turn where you have music stored and click on CHECK.
If any problems are found, click on FIX.
You can remove the old redundant database entries by clicking on CLEAN.
If it is a song that you have never loaded before, then check that is not corrupted or an older DRM protected Apple iTunes file (.m4p) - These cannot be played in VirtualDJ or any other non-Apple application or device.

Sad to say for VDJ 7.0.4., this procedure didn't work for me. I went back to use 7.0.3. version to make sure any file I search and load is playable.
