I have a numark mixtrack pro and virtual dj 7.0.3. I got the LE version of Virtual Dj with my mixtrack pro and have had no problems with this. I did the "Try pro version for 20 days" option in Virtual DJ LE V6, and was able to map my Korg PadKontrol absolutely fine. Now, I decided I wanted to buy Virtual DJ Pro in hopes of being able to make this all work as I had it set up. Unfortunately, now with Virtual DJ Pro V7, it does not recognize my Korg PadKontrol at all. I cannot map it with the "simple midi wrapper" as it does not show up when i hit "key-learn". I am losing hope and getting really frustrated with my purchase, as it work fine before my trial ran up!
Please Help, I just need to figure out how I can map my Korg PadKontrol...

I have absolutely no idea of how PadKontrol interacts with the OS, but I had problems with not being able to map a Novation Nocturn. The Nocturn uses a driver/software to send MIDI.
It's a longshot, but might be worth trying if you're using any Korg software for handling the PadKontrol settings.
I solved the problem by turning on/enabling the IAC driver in MIDI settings and VDJ then recognized that there was a MIDI source. I then set the Nocturn driver/software to send its MIDI to the IAC. And then the key-learn button worked fine.

I am having the same problem. I followed all the instructions on the download page for the nanopad controller with no luck. I have a mixtrack pro with vdj pro and just bought the nanopad. Now in my vdj pro my controller is not working correctly with my soundcard (Numark DJ I/O). I was told to go with a different software, but was trying to be cheap. Thats what I get.
