What im trying to do is run my hercules rmx and my ndx800 connected in one of the inputs of my rmx and useing it as a mixer but also have my rmx connected to the computer as midi and same thing with my ndx800... do you guys know what the mappings have to be? of the sound configuration?

just to clear up the first part i want my ndx800 in an input of my RMX and use it as a mixer while haveing them both in midi mode

not sure what your trying to accomplish here, as you say you want to connect your ndx800 to your rmx, i guess by the audio in, whilst having both in midi mode.
the ndx800 works in either midi or audio mode, but not both at the same time.
if you want to use both in midi mode, as controllers, simply plug them both into your laptop, via usb.

well right now i plug my NDX800 in one of the inputs of my hercules rmx and press 'source' but the problem is most of my music is on itunes so if i use my NDX800 as a midi all my sons are on vdj i was wondering if thier was a way to have my hercules RMX and my NDX800 in midi mode because i plugged them both in but that doesnt work becuase i cant use my hercules RMX as a mixer for my NDX800. So i was wondering if thier were any configurations to have them both running midi mode at once..

If you wish to use the NDX-800 as a MIDI controller to control song playback on VirtualDJ, then you will need to upgrade to the latest full VirtualDJ Professional v7.0.4 which natively supports the NDX-800 as a MIDI controller: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
