I am able to get my laptops webcam to go to the external display however there is a 1 to 3 second delay from actual movement. Any idea how to change a setting to make it real time video?

to see if it's your os try using the free Firetext plugin see if it is happening with that one.

Must be my OS Tayla.....it is a tad better on Firetext but still a delay. Thanks for the fast response!
