In Canada, can we as Djs hold our clients responsible for injuries and/or damages caused by clients, guests, venue staff, etc... pretty much anyone who attends weather invited or not....? Can this be one of the points within a contract?

Yes, absolutley. I have this clause in my own contract. Please see this sample contract from the Canadian Disc Jockey Association.
