Hello,
My name is Korey Burns and I just recently purchased the iDJ3 from Best Buy that came with VirtualDJ. I have wanted to try and teach myself DJing for some time and I am exciting to get to play around with this product. I seem to be running into an issue, however, with the controller itself. At times I will be in the middle of scratching, and my program looks almost like it's going to freeze. Instead, the music keeps playing, but my controller no longer works and I have to use the on screen interface. It's very frustrating because I'm not sure if I'm doing something to cause this or if I have a bad USB drive. I am using a Compaq Presario CQ60 Notebook with Windows Vista Basic (32-bit).
I made sure I installed the program as an administrator and I have the latest version of the software. Any help with this matter would be GREATLY appreciated so I can fully enjoy my product :D
