I have noticed over the past 2 weeks that if I try and manually go into a hard drive to search for songs, VDJ is not seeing 1 of the 2 drives I connect. I have seen both drives on the screen before.
Also, although its not visually showing me the drive, it still does search and pick up tracks of of it.

if you can access/see the DRIVES in MY COMPUTER, VDJ should also.
Check for Ownership on the drives/contents.

Have you tried right clicking on the root drives in the browser and selecting "add to search"?
