I bought the ergo and the cd was scratched however i have the serial - where can i get the software to validate? Ideally i want to make my pro version work with the ergo however it won't update - can i just copy across the mapping files if i get the LE version to work? Basically i have a brand new ergo that doesn't work and i really can't be ****ed to map it myself hahah !
any help much appreciated (btw I'm on a mac)

If you have pro then you just need to update to the latest version of VDJ and the ERGO works plug n play. You don't need to install the LE version too. Drivers can be found on the pioneer website although i didn't need them on my mac. x

If you have a licenced version of Pro then please add the serial number to your profile and update to the newest version.
Older released versions will not work with the Ergo.

Register your serial number for Pro on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
Then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
