Just received my MC6000 back from Denon's Warranty Service Centre (faulty fader replaced).
I'm furious as now the navigation knob in the centre is very tight on attempting to rotate and no longer will select anything when attempting to press it. It doesn't have the downward click movement that it had before. I use this all the time when working.
The only thing I've done is update the firmware, has anyone had this problem after updating to v1011?
I'm sure they haven't put it back together properly.
There's gonna be one angry phone call tomorrow, ggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........

Do you guys know if the 4 effect knobs up top are endless encoder? Meaning, can you keep rotating them?

No, they are not.
The only endless knob is the navigation knob in the centre of the unit (and is also a select button).
