I have scanned all my tracks for tags and bpm. What does it mean if I still have tracks showing in my browser with a yellow question mark. That symbol indicates that a track has never been played or scanned. I try to scan the track but there is no change. What do I need to do?

Whenever that happens to me is because the USB from my portable HD is not connected or when I move the song to a different folder.
