Does anyone know if it's possible to disassemble the crossfader plug/wires below without taking off the faceplate of the VMS4 controller but still taking apart the crossfader plate. my crossfader isn't working and I think its gotta do with the plugs/wires below the controller but my hands are too big to unplug the wire plug. maybe i can use a tool of somekind? If i buy the INNOFADER will it come with these wires or do I have to use the stock plug/wires?
