Tópico: New Lap Top

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Ok instead of making the same mistake I did 2 years ago and just going out to buy a high end laptop I am going to ask if the new laptop I am thinking of buying will have any issues. The last laptop I bought had video mixing issues supposedly for problems with it having an ATI card. I tried all the fixes that were posted here in the begining but none of them work so i gave up on it. That was the past soooo....

Please tell me if the laptop I think I am going to get is going to have any problems with video mixing.

The specs are good but the Video Card is Not. If you are just play HQ videos, It will be fine but, HD videos, maybe not. All the new videos are being released in higher resolution.

Been using a Macbook Pro and no issues also running a Numark NS6 with it.

sbdj looks like a sweet machine mate.can you use all the memory for vdj as a gig machine only.can you also upgrade to a bigger size sshd

No, because Virtual DJ is still a 32-bit application and thus is subject to the constraints of WoW64.

You can fit an SSD and a second hard drive/SSD in place of the DVD if you want.

I tested a fair few machines and this one had acceptable DPC latency out of the box unlike most.
