not able to log into netsearch of music groups sez wrong password and wont exccept correct password even tryed copy & paste still will not except it ... need urgent fix for this as set up at a gig

i notice we're getting less and less answers on the forum regarding the music group. maybe the forum is down too? what's going on? hahaha just kidding. just my personal opinion, I could careless if they music group doesn't get fix asap. as long as we get the version 8 beta for public testing.

DOUBLE BUMP! I am having this issue aswell and cannot seem to find no information whatsover regarding the subject. I am a premium member and when I attempt to download to cache i get a quick "download to cache 0%" on the decks lower corner but that is all. When I check in the virtualdj/cachde folder nothing is there.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I don't have any issues from my end. But there's a dedicated "Reserved" forum for premium members solely for netsearch members!

I've not heard of any problems with the service recently. Have you changed any firewall settings?
Please raise a support ticket and one of the Atomix support staff can remote in to your machine and see if they can identify the problem.
