my hercules rmx volume fader on both channel and my master started movin by themselves when i try to use them like if i put my channel a fader down it will go up by itself i dont know what to do opened it wiped dirt reinstalled the firmware and virtual dj and it still does it plz help !!!

Test it outside of VDJ using the following procedure to verify if the problem is indeed hardware:
