I've been using the Random Clip Bank for audio-only files, and lately I've been doing much more audio-only mixing. However, sometimes I do sets where the random clip bank has played through, and simply stops. Is there a way to loop this random clipbank so if I'm playing for example 90 minutes of only audio files, and my clip bank is only 15 minutes of clips, that it will automatically loop indefinitely?

I suggest the automix playlists instead random clipbank to audio files. Its easyest to manage and set to continuous playing.
Anyway, once activated the Random Clipbank plugin starts a continuous loop between the 12 clipbank slots and only stops if you deactivate the video effect. Its a strange behavior if it not happens with you.

That's strange... my clipbank is definitely not looping, and I am not de-activating it.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding, I was thinkin you were trying to load audio files to clipbank slots.

OK I see what is happening...
My randomn clipbank does loop indefinitely as it should. But only until I play a music video. Once I go back to audio-only files, I have to re-start the randomn clipbank. So I guess my question is... how can I make the randomn clipbank ALWAYS play automatically when I am not playing a music video?

Clipbank plug-in was done to play video on background when you play audio-only files on virtualdj decks. You can load to clipbank slots any kind of file where the audio is not required. Thus, the clipbank slots does not supports audio-only files.
The random clipbank video plugin was made to toggle between the video files loaded on clipbank slots automatically and continuously, whatever you are playing on virtualdj decks.
Both plugins works normally even when there is nothing loaded on virtualdj decks. The file format playing on virtualdj decks has no influence on the way the plugins works.
If you use the plugins to the way they were designed, and the plugins behavior are different of the described above, so they are not woking as they shuold, then you must check the tips on the topic I linked on the last post.

How are you setting this up?
You should have clipbank as the plugin for audio only plugins. Then activate random clipbank in the effect browser. It will keep running until you deactivate it.
