Ok i got an Hercules mp3 e2 controller, which is probably 2 years old.
The problem is that when the hardware e.g. low eq is set to half (full bass) the software low eq is at 3/4 (distorted)
The software low eq is set to half (full bass not distroted) when the hardware eq is set to 1/4.
It is understandable that there are some defects after 2 years, but with that problem i just really can`t mix.
So is there any solution to that or do i have to get a new controller ?
If so, could you suggest good controllers < 200, please ?

Hi
OK some facts for you:
An EQ set to half way is not "full bass", it's flat / neutral i.e. no boost, no cut.
An EQ set to 3/4 should not distort........unless you are overloading your system.
What version of VDJ are you using?

Well, let me explain with the help of arrows.
The arrow head symbolizes the turn of the eq low
The problem is like this:
Hardware : Software
↑ →
← ↑
The settings never match.
I can change the software manually with the mouse to get both ↑ but when i turn the hardware just a little the settings jump back to the same as shown above.
I use Virtual DJ 7.0.3

Please use the following procedure to test your controller outside of VDJ:
PC:
http://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00393.pdf
MAC:

As explained, the EQ controls should display values from 0 to 127. If you notice big jumps in values, it could indicate a hardware problem.
However, if it doesn't seems to be the case, then you may want to look into VDJ mapper, potentially reset to the original controller configuration.
You may also want to register your serial number in your profile, which would give you access to the latest VDJ updates (and plugins, skins and effects).

Alright the program shows the same error.
My left bass eq works well. The value is 64 when is is at ↑
The right bass eq is defective. The value is 101 on ↑
This means it is an hardware error and i need to exchange my controller, right ?

Indeed, an exchange would be in order.
