Hey there, i got virtual dj for the mac, with the hercules console rmx, and when i have it plugged into the console and such, the music just doesnt play, it reads on the console and virtual dj that im pressing play, and the blue light comes up, but it still just doesnt play, would it be because the volume on my computer doesnt work? the speakers are busted on my comp, and also the lines that are kinda like a heart beat both are on the right one, instead of one on the left and one on the right, any help? thanks

This means that your RMX sound card isn't configured or installed correctly.
