Hi Everyone,
I have a Mac Mini running Virtual DJ 7 Broadcaster. It runs flawlessly, but I've found out something I didn't realize when I bought the Broadcaster version...it won't output via ASIO routing. It can only use the built-in soundcard's stereo outputs. I have a digital mixer and I'd like to feed Virtual DJ's output to the mixer on ASIO channels 17 & 18 so they line up with a FireWire input on the mixer.
I've been told the Broadcaster version of VDJ7 can't do this. What version will work with ASIO output? I love VDJ7...just want to get it to play nice with my bigger rig. Thanks for any help.

Sorry, Broadcaster cannot do this. It's limited software and has limited sound configuration options. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
You will need VirtualDJ Basic or the full Professional to be able to use advanced sound configuration.
You should be able to upgrade from your Numark DMC-2 Numark Cue LE that's registered to your account to the full VirtualDJ Pro at a discount.
