I Appologize in advanced if this is a simple problem, but I've googled it and can't find the exact problem or a fix.
I just purchased a Numark DJIO. I have it paired with the N4 board. I have the N4 connected to my computer through USB. I also have the DJIO connected to the computer through USB. I have my sound board plugged in to the Output 1 on my DJIO and my headphones are plugged in to the Headphone jack (Just like the instructions say).
I set up my options just as the instructions say:
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones (Channels 1/2 main 3/4 headphones)
Sound card: ASIO -> Numark USB
I even tried to set it up as anvanced and do it manually.
The problem is out of all four decks I hear the music out of the sound board AND headphones. This doesn't make sense to me, as Input1 on the DJIO is the only input supposed to be going to the sound board.
I suspect this must be a driver issue? Something's not telling the DJIO that Input1 and Input2 are separate. When I put the DJIO driver CD in and tried to install the driver it got all the way to 100% but it said unfortunately there was a problem installing the drivers. However, Windows says the drivers were installed successfully. When I go to the device manager and "Update Drivers", I browse to the CD... Windows says the drivers are the most up to date.
I'm running Windows 7 x64
Virtual DJ Pro
Thanks for all your help!
