Tema: MK4 issue and crash on VDJ

Hello to the community. I recently had a problem with my MK4 DJConsole from hercules. When i opened VDJ, I couldn´t even play 1 song because the pc (or the console) crashed and nothing could be done. I tried like 15 times more changing the mode to ASIO on the MK4 control pannel and it still got crashed. Any help??

PS: My pc is a samsung netbook
CPU: Intel Atom at 1.7 GHz
Ram: 2GB
OS: Windows 7 Starter 32 bit
VirtualDJ: VDJ PRO full

NOTE: The MK4 will not currently work on USB 3.0 port. If you do not have 2.0 ports available, try using an external powered USB 2.0 hub.

I had the same issue , suggest trying a different cable usb with the unit.. I had a extension usb that the unit wouldnt work with... change it out.. also update the herc driver to the newest one... then in the hercules set up select the asio as the setting in the herc setting in the lower right corner.
