Hi people im new to the forum and vdj although had a few teething problems am loving the software. I really love the fact you can add vst's but i have a couple of questions. Number 1, i add a vst effect but i cant browse through tge presets, in fact when i try and adjust any parameter it doesnt move although u can hear the sound changing. Any ideas? Also when i load a track only a small part of the waveform appears. Any help will be gratefully received

What VST's are you trying to use? From my experience all the sugarbytes one's don't refresh on screen while used in VDJ but you can adjust the parameters with mapping eg "effect 'effect_name' slider 15" or you can open the VST's window and move the sliders with the mouse, but you won't be able to see the position until you close and reopen the VST window to refresh
**Change the 'effect_name' to match your effect and 15 is an arbirtary number, replace it with whatever slider you wish to move**

you should register your version of VDJ Pro as there is a heap of great native effects available for download.

Thx for that. Was wondering if you could tell me why the waveform of my track is not loading properly? Also i only have a hercules instinct controller so not many knobs. How could i assign certain knobs to paramaters on effects for example the mixer high orl mid knobs so they control effects parameters but without the mid or high gains on the mixer being turned up or down. Is it possible? Could i do it if i held a certain key down on my keyboard at the same time? Could i do this with a jogwheel without speeding or slowing track whilst im moving it?
