Although not strictly a DJ: David Guetta

He started out as a DJ and played from 1984 through to the 90s.

Yeah.... I know... But his recent antics don't help is reputation ;-)

What, the fake DJ claims? Lots of big name "arena DJs" get that. Haters love to hate.

A lot of people think he learnt to DJ purely to impress Nicki Minaj, anyone whose been into house for 10 years or more will know he's been around for quite some time.

You missed one Roy lol ;-)

As you can see, there is a lot of support for anyone willing to put forth the effort. Although I recommend a controller, you can start of with a mouse and keyboard. There are a few mobile DJ's that use only that. A controller just makes it easier, in my opinion.
Practice when you can, great enjoyment can be ha DJ'n.

My grandma went to college in her 60's.

I started to DJ when I was 32, your only as old as you feel.
