1 have 2 comp. (laptops) with vdj ....well my back up comp died with vdj installed in it... you are saying that i can just get another computer and install vdj?. the fact that i never uninstalled vdj from the dead comp. does not affect? wouldnt it count as 3 downloads?

No, as long as the other computer is dead and not being used you can install it again.
