Hi to alll
Ive got a Denon dm nc6000 and im struggling to set up!!!
i have had setup with midi/mp3 on 2 left channels (1&2) and vinyl on 2 right channels (3&4) this was a complete accident and fluke.
I want to set this up so i have 1 midi 1 vinyl per side.
Im running windows 7, virtual dj pro 7.
Am i being stupid......
I can get things to work but when it comes to mapping the effects levels and buttons it just wont happen.
????????
This is really annoying me, as i now cant remember how i set it up before to get midi on the 2 left and vinyl on the 2 right...miffed.
Surely there is an easy way of doing this??

i want to set my denon up so I have 1 midi , 1 vinyl (left) & 1 midi & 1 vinyl right.
so when get maya44 i have midi ,vinyl & timecode.
can any1 help me??

The MC- 6000 does not support timecode!

Keith is right, the MC-6000 doesn't support timecode. But I have configured my 6000 with a MAYA44 just as you have suggested. It'll be after the weekend, but I'll post the pictures of my config for you and answer any questions you may have.

I thought the latest firmware update made it possible to use timecodes??
 
Someone said they got it working but there was never any proof. According to Denon it's not possible.
 
lol glad people wanting to help me, it been a long night......
but trust it is driving me mad ........ iv tryed all diff ways of the pc/int, audio/video switches , but cant map the efects dails & buttons to work properly ??
nor the fx buttons will map to swap to efects via the controler???

gadget man let me know if the maya44 dose work for time code??
gadget man ..... how is urs set up at the mo??? are u on windows or mac???

Like I said, full details after the weekend.

But to answer specifics:

I'm running Windows 7
I've used the MAYA44 with both vinyl and CD for time codes
MAYA44 was connected to ch1 and 4
MIDI on ch2 and 3
I also used a pair of Dicers for MIDI functions on the time code decks.

what do u have ur sound set up on in config
do u have it on pc or int mix
and audio or video both lights on
