VDJ is not accessing all of my music folders. I have tried recurse, but VDJ is only finding maybe half of my music. All of my music is under one main folder. There are multiple subfolders in that file, but it will not find all of them.

On your browser upper right hand corner you will see "files" then an icon next to it, right click on that icon and make sure all media types have a check next to it, if it doesn't you need to click on the unchicked media type to activate that media type in order to display its content on your browser..

You will have to add the music files to the 'search database'
in VDJ
Go to the parent folder for the tracks. eg. F:\My Music
Then right click on that parent folder click "add to search DB"
it will take a little time depending on the size of that music folder.
If there is more than one music source....do the same for adding each parent folder to search DB

You'll need an active ContentUnlimited Karaoke subscription to be able to do this: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/What%20is%20ContentUnlimited.html
Or you can purchase Karaoke files individually from vendors such as Sunfly, Sound Choice, etc.
