Hi guys

I need a little help. Ive just brought a hercules rmx with vdj5. I have updated all rhe drivers to run on windows 7 but when i run vdj the dexk is dead. Has anyone got any idea?

What do you mean exactly by "the deck is dead" ?

Did you verify that the console is installed correctly ?

If everything seems fine, then I would recommend registering the VDJ serial number in your profile, which will allow your to download the latest update (v5.2.1). The version present on the install CD might be old and not fully compatible with Windows 7 so you should install the latest version instead and see if this helps.
 
When I connect fhe controller it gets power. All the drivers are ok and upto date. I will try updating vdj and see if that helps.

Regarding verifying if it works as a midi controller, ive no idea how to do that! Lol
