Pioneer DDJ-SX is natively supported. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ%20Controllers.html
Everything works 100% (buttons, jogs, leds etc. Lot of users are already using that device without issues.
You can download the Home Free version and test the unit for 10 minutes each time you re-start the software as demo, prior purchasing Pro Full version.

The latest VirtualDJ v7.4 is required - Older versions do not have any native support for the DDJ-SX.
Please download the latest VirtualDJ Home FREE v7.4 to test for 10 minutes at a time: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html - Once you have finished testing, you will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to continue using it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Make sure that the drivers and firmware for the DDJ-SX are also fully up-to-date.
A DDJ-SX skin is not required to use the DDJ-SX. The skin has no effect on the functionality of the DDJ-SX and vice-versa.
However, there are custom skins that you can optionally download once you purchase the software: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skins.html?category=all&order=default&resolution=all&search=ddj

I have one question yet. I would like to know if I'll buy this software, how many computers I'll be able to install this software. I ask because I have 3 computers.

You can install on two computers, one for your gig rig and one for your backup rig, but if one of those crash and you need to re-install, you shouldn't have any problems doing so... And if there is an issue for any reason the good folks at VDJ will help you... (:
