I purchased an alienware I7 laptop in February and for the first time I used it at a party where I had to use the automix function. When I use it with my DDJ-sx Pioneer controller/mixer it functions great but when I put it on automix function as it's adding the next song to the player it stutters a couple of times, each time. I tried turning off the wifi and highering the latency to 1024. It still stutters... I turned off whatever I could running in the background as well. Any other suggestions?

Win8? Thats a bad ass pc, prob a simple fix like an updated driver. You doing videos with it?

No, I chose Windows 7 instead as I have been already using it on another laptop without problems. Yes I'm doing video with it. The other day was the first time I used "automix" and everytime it loaded a new song it stuttered for a second. Not using "automix" everything works perfect.
