does any body know how to configure the mixer to the virtual dj i e running one deck on one channel and the other deck on the other channel through just the usb lead please if any one has an idea let me knw been trying all day with no luck thanks

Its a plug and play device. You can install VDJ from the disc that came with it, or download the LE version from their website:

That version will only allow you to use the MXR as a controller. If you are trying to use it with time code, you need to upgrade to VDJ Pro first.
