I have 4 shows coming up im a new EDM DJ j I don't do scratching yet and I have not saved enough money for a mixing board so im doing it all on my laptop bit its not terribly hard bc its dubstep and house ect. but I am trying to get mappers set and I cant get them to change or add new ones I have VD basic pro! is there a trick? like getting the effects to start and stop with a simple key stroke would be nice but it wont let me! any advice!!

For keyboard it would be best if you specify the deck and the effect you want:
deck 1 effect "flanger" active
Then this button can start/stop the flanger effect
