I have backed up my songs and the Virtual DJ my documents folder onto an external hard drive. When I point to that external drive on Virtual DJ the Virtual folders will show, the song titles will show but when I load the song it shows an Error.. What I'm I doing wrong ?

Did you actually back up the files or just the data to the files? Why is this showing up as Virtual folders. Did you set this drive as a favorite?

So I guess I actually asked the wrong question....
Q1- I see how you can back up a play list, can you add to this play list?
Q2- Can you back up the Virtual Playlists on an external hard drive and get them to play from the hard drive?
Q3- Maybe I'm thinking about this all wrong, I add songs to my virtual files and refer back to them every gig, how can I back up these lists?
