Tema: Numark dj2go Help

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I recently purchased a dj2go for simple MIDI control. My laptop is typically connected to two different MIDI controllers when I gig: Denon MC6000 and Denon HC4500.

When I connected the dj2go, I was having trouble getting connectivity ... I'm still trying to figure that out. But was particularly alarming is that all of my Virtual, Favorite and custom Filtered folders were gone with Numark connected. After a brief panic, I connected the MC6000 and all of those folders were back.

The only difference was the new piece of hardware. However, I have not encountered this problem when switching between the two Denon devices. Is it likely that VDJ is behaving properly when working with same brand names/circuitry? And introducing the Numark completely threw it for a loop?

Are you on windows pc? If you are, I wonder if you have reached the limit on USB port connected devices. It has been noted that some do have a limit.

Just a thought..

There are no issues that we are aware of using the above devices. DJ2Go is simple MIDI device and is plug and play.

If virtual, favourite, custom, etc. folders are not visible then this is usually because you have more than one instance of VirtualDJ running, so the database is locked and can't be read by the other(s). Close all running instances of VirtualDJ and then check in task manager to ensure that no VirtualDJ.exe processes are still running.

Make sure that your computer is optimised for DJ performance: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Performance%20Issues.html

If the DJ2Go still won't work or is not being detected, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MIDI%20Controller%20Not%20Working.html
