I have the Numark N4 and i dont know how to delete the cue points. also is it normal that the cue oipnts are copied on the next song. when i played my next song it started from the cue point of the previous song(if you get what im saying) is that normal? how do i get around it?

you might want to register you LE license and see if there is an upgrade/update available for you.
