I have just loaded all software to my system and thought would give it all a go.......... one small issue it wont play a thing, knobs work, sound control works............ but neither my system or mixer wont play the tracks??? anyone have suggestions as support/help isn't getting back to me.

I am going to guess that you are having an issue with the settings of VDJ in the settings and the sound set up.
Asio drivers have to be loaded if there is an external sound card in the mixer.
what is your outputs set to in settings (config?) Is it set to external mixer? This model may require a different parameter here than just simple external mixer.
is the sound card set to the proper settings such as ASIO?
Check those settings and let me know.

Can you clarify please. Will it play if you have an external audio source like an iPod or CD player?

The mixers are delivered with old firmware, send your mixer back to ADJ or AA to update your mixer.
