I know with a PC there is a software named "Kj File Manager" to be able to do batch retagging of Karaoke files. Does anyone know of any such Application for a Mac?

I use KJams Pro to re-tag all my karaoke tracks. It can reinterpret tag info from file structure or filename, it's also free to use!
Just make sure you only let it reference your karaoke files and not move them to its own library or it will change your existing file structure!
