Just purchased a laptop with windows 8. Virtual Pro was loaded successfully, but when I play it through with the Numark (connected to my Mixer) the sound come out very low and scratchy. Anyone have this issue also, and did you resolve it? If so, how???
Thanks.
Thanks.

Volume is low, and I slowly increase the volume on the mixer til I hear the broken up sound.
Not sure if this is a Virtual DJ software problem or sound card problem.

are you sure your soundcard drivers are compatible? are they uptodate??
I am running VDJ on Windows 8.1 with no problems.

Is the sound low and scratchy even if you use the Numark as Default sound card for your computer and use Windows Media Player ?
I would strongly recommend to optimize your computer for best real-time audio performance.. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20PC%20Performance%20Issues.html

You say you are using Virtual DJ pro, which version, and why haven't you registered it?

Can I use 2 dj io cards on windows 8.1 at the same time so that I have 4 stereo out puts instead of just the 2 ?
