Tópico: Changes o Dropbox that could effect my Database

It looks like Dropbox is changing some things around and is adding your company name to your Dropbox folder if you have a business account.

So now my dropbox folder is dropbox but will soon be changing to dropbox (NAW-T-BOY)

I\'m thinking this is going to screw up my database and I will lose all my play counts and cues.

Can I use the VDJ regedit to fix this?

They are supposed to make the change next week so I want to be prepared.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, just use the registry tool to change your home folder. Sorted.
 
But the home folder is just my VirtualDJ settings correct?.....I don't have my home folder saved in dropbox...I have my Music Saved in Dropbox.....so to VirtualDJ its going to look like I moved all my files.

Is there a setting in the registry that points to where the music is saved?
 
No, that's different. Your home folder is VDJ settings (my documents).

Music is different. You will need to edit the database and your playlists. Not difficult.

You need to use a text editor like PSPAD. Just use find replace with the new name.
