Hi there,
I have a Numark Mixtrack Quad that has been working fine with VDJ8. It has just stopped working. Its not the cable as a) I have bought a new cable, b) the unit lights up so is receiving power.
Have d/l the XML files & copied into the Devices folder but still nothing showing. Any advice would be appreciated.

You do not need to download anything in VDJ8.
In the controllers section make sure the controller is detected on the the left and ensure that the right hand box is set to factory settings.
If this doesn't work please let us know whether you are on PC or Mac.

There is no need to download any files. The unit is natively supported and it should work fine as a plug n play device. If the device is properly detected, you should be able to see a special button in Config-AUDIo tab which offers the default Audio setup and the unit properly detected by its name in CONTROLLERS tab. In the same tab, make sure the "factory default" mapping is selected.
