Tópico: video problem with v8

not sure if this is right place, when playing vids in v8 build 1828 volume on some vids extremely low even though the video plays ok. i don't have these problems on v7, treid playing about with all th options, this happens on both my pc and laptop. using with mc6000 and hp laptop with 4gb ram and ati graphics, any help on this greatly appreciated. thanks

same issue without using any controller ?
 
In Options/Audio change AutoGain from Auto+Remember to Auto

That might help.
 
I also use the MC6000, and do not have these issues. Can you paste your soundcard configurations here? I also use "Auto", and my gains on the MC6000 are at 12, and I never have to move them.
 
already done the autogain as i know that there is/was an issue with this
my sound card configuration is set at default, 512 buffer and ultra latency, my gain knobs on mc6000 are also set at 12 and have never moved.
Mp4 vids play ok with no problems, its other file formats like vob's avi and mpeg 1 and 2, all of which play ok in v7
it's not a great issue for me as i rarely use video live, all the same if the option is there i do like everything to work properly,
by the way i think v8 is great and i'm sure all the teething problems will be sorted soon. thanks
 
Just updated to build 1834 and everything works fine, tested it today for about 6 hours with no problems,gonna use it for first time live at the weekend,can't wait, thanks guys
