Mixtrack Quad version 8 mapping files have been updated to offer multi-color support for the Pads. You will need builds ending at .704 or higher.
To get that, run version 8 for a few minutes in order the controllers definitions to get silently updated (the last 3 digits) and relaunch.
Each of the Pad leds can offer 16 colors. To assign a color to a Led, use the action
constant 'value'
value can be ..
pre-defined software colors ('red','green','blue','white','black','yellow','cyan','magenta','gray')
hex value: '#1020FF'
hex value with transparency: '#80102030'
decimal values: '255,255,255'
Note, that if you assign a color to a Led, that the unit cannot offer, it will automatically try to offer the nearest available one.
