Hi all, I use a Numark Mixtrack Quad (NMQ) together with VDJ8 and I'm in need of a few tips on where and how to change certain setting in advanced options.
1. on start up (with or without controller) I'd like the volume sliders to start at zero rather than the it's current start up of 11! (little joke there)
2. is it possible to map the Pitch Bend buttons - + on the controller as gains, if so how and where can it be done?
3. The browse folder/tracks knob on The NMQ in VDJ7 could load a song into the playlist when needed , but VDJ8 it doesn't do that, can that be mapped to do the same in VDJ8?

1 script ONINT deck 1 level 0% & deck 2 level 0% [etc]
2 find the pitch bend mappings and replace with ' repeat 1ms & and gain +0.1% ' [this will go from nothing to full in a second, you can slow this down by changing time to less than a ms eg 0.5ms, or by changing gain %
3 Please show what mapping you have, both the encoder rotation and the encoder press, it should work
4 is possible but it will cost you.
