I've tried most of the software out there - and I think VDJ8 is probably the best DJ software that has ever existed :)
 
In master output mode (as used by the SX2) current builds of v8 only have the single master output limiter rather than 'all those' limiters.

The v7 database is automatically converted into v8 when you install v8 and run it for the first time

VDJ7 does not support the SX2.

You will also need a valid licence. No-one here will send you a mapper.
 
hi to all..
can anyone help me with the sx2 channels?
why i cant use the first and the third channels together or the second and forth channels together to mix?
with the first and the second ok i can manage to do it as the sampler volume fade is between them.
what about the third and forth channels how is possible to work with them?
are any settings in the vdj8 or at the controller? can i change it to first and third
and second to forth ?
note that i use the free vdj8 version to see if it works fine and after buy it.

pionner ddj sx2 is capabilty on virtual dj 7.4
so plzzz send me mapping,device file
 
If you want to use a DDJ-SX2 with Virtual DJ then you need to buy a license.
