Tópico: Edit Multiple Samples, HOW???

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I have a lot of drum loops, synth loops, etc, etc, how do I edit multiple loops at once??

All I want to do is set the gain of them. They are all already set to the same volume but I want the gain turned up on them. When I say I have a lot I mean I have a lot, there is no way I want to do this 1 at a time as that could take at least a month to do.

Someone please tell me this is possible??

Anyone, someone, anybody???

Probably best to use a batch edit process in some audio editing software.

That blows 👎

Our sampler could be so badass if they'd just put a little more time into it, it's so close yet so far away..........

Hopefully they'll get to it soon and then get some video effects that'll compare to Mix Emergency.

Well you do have to bear in mind that VDJs primary task is playback, not editing. :-)

Only yesterday I was thinking about the possibility of a skin with a multi channel mixer (8 or more channels) and having a whole bunch of small decks loaded with sample loops playing back in sync. That way each loop has a waveform, transport controls, key, EQ, effects, filter/res, level meter and so on.

The only fly in the ointment is having the ability to easily loop the sample from beginning to end. With the sampler, it just works. Using decks, it's more awkward.
