I got a Hercules 4set and an hp stream my pc I cant get it to sync with my computer can anyone help me.
also I had to find out how to get the software because I did not have a disk drive

When you say "sync", do you mean that the controller is not correctly installed or enumerated by the computer ?
If so, did you install the latest drivers available from the support site ?
