Hi I just brought a American audio VMS4.1
When connecting USB to laptop and bring up virtual dj pro or even home edition keeps saying soundcard not connected or not set up when trying to configure in virtual dj setting !
I'm now trying to update windows or see if I can instal driver I'm lost as what to do

You need to install the ASIO drivers for the VMS.

Thanks will try that ! I'm losing patience now I even installed virtual dj on another laptop and still saying the same thing with soundcard issue

Without the driver for the Soundcard it can't work ;-)

Download that but still nothing got a crops by speaker in corner of laptop it says vms4 audio device midi device working but still no sound ,

Make a screenshot from your Audio Configuration inside VDJ and post it here.

In some cases, you need to manually change the sound output on your laptop/PC from built-in to "Your Device."
