Where can I find serial number for purchased license?

Just log into V8 (I think) there are no serials with V8.

Version 8 doesnt have any serial numbers (keycodes). Your purchased licenses are now visible in your Account and all you will need to do is to login with your virtualdj.com account's credentials to the Login window of VirtualDJ when it pops up or from the Config->LICENSES tab.

Ok, undrstand, but my computer for music make is "cutted off" from network (no antivirus installed, no firewall etc) and is not possible to run VDJ8 without connecting to network. Is a big problem for me. When I power off this comp, and power on next day - same problem - without network I can't use full VDJ8

You only need to connect the computer once, to generate a license "key file". After that, VDJ will not require a connection, because it just checks for the file when it starts.
It's also a good idea to make & keep a backup of the file once you have it.

The copy and keep method doesn't work, (I've tried it) there must be some hidden witchcraft afoot.
but if OP is serious, it never goes online then there isn't any reason for insurance.

How to generate license key file? I can only put license key info free place - no option for key generate.

Log in, go to options, find the option "stayLoggedIn" set this to yes, Close VDJ, Reopen VDJ, If you never go online with your gig machine, You should not have to log in ever again.
