Hi, guys.
Is it possible to write a script for a button which starts a song at a cue 1 and finishes playing a song automatically at a cue 2? I don't prefer samples instead because recording a new sample takes time and it's hard to mix them.

You could have a poi at the same position as cue 2
action ="stop"
Then you just press hotcue 1 and it does what you want.

It doesn't seem 'hotcue' helps because it has just starting position but not ending position at a next cue. If I use it with 'stop', it would be 2 actions and I need 1.

No them you can't. not with VDJ, use audacity to re-record the desired part.
