How much money have you got?

Want to keep it around 1000-1500

Nice budget, but do you need to spend that much? Now that we know how much you are willing to spend, what features do you need? Two or four channels, one or two mics, and do they need eq? Do you need a booth out? Anything else that you have to have?

I'm looking for Reliability ,good sound ,four channels ,auxiliary input

In that price range, all controllers are good and provide aux-in/ line-in.

I suggest, go to your local store and get your hands on the controllers.

I recently picked up a Numark NS6 for just under $500 on amazon. 4 channels, aux inputs, stand alone mixer if needed, lots of bells and whistles. You can save $1000 for some other cool toys... or rent. That's just a suggestion. Like others have said above, your budget gets you into all the good controllers. Get to a shop and put your hands on some and see what you like.

A great controller for a lot of us was the original Denon MC6000. However, most of us had issues with the reliability of the buttons. So my advice to you would be to stay away from this unit. The newer version MC6000 MK2 is on the market, but I can not give an opinion because I don't own it. I have been told that they have the same buttons, but you must do your own investigation. Just a little info for you to think about.
