Have posted several times looking for fix and have read many posts looking for a fix. Terrible service. VDJ staff just guessing and not really trying to fix the problem. Very unhappy customer here. Can't believe they are still in business with this service.

Just over a year I have had my MacBook, and the problem has occurred every time I have tried to use the software. I have had to use another laptop to DJ with which cost me a lot of money, and my MacBook has just been sitting there unable to be used. Surely vdj can come up with a fix?

My Mac book pro keeps freezing with VDJ 8 and I have to restart the software to get control back. This is killing me during parties (DID I SAY KILLING ME). The music stops and the dance floor clears because of this issue. Does anyone have a fix?

Program freezes up and say purchase license when Im already paying for it. Tried to reach the staff multiple times and always busy. Send me to voicemail and leave messages. No call back or nothing. Terrible
