I wanted to find out about the free 20 day trial. I signed up for it yesterday via the software that accompanies the DJ2GO controller. However, when I went to use it today, i can only access the Lite version and can't re-activate the trial. Has anyone else experienced thiss problem? Thanks

You really need an expert in this area, I hope they'll be along shortly.
Check that your internet connection is ok, so that VDJ can check your licence, and have a look at your account details on the VDJ 8 website.
